It has been repeatedly demonstrated that the average working force is capable of increasing its production 25% or more whenever the workers fell so inclined. Workers animated by ill will cannot possibly give results equal to those of workers animated by goodwill.” It is heartening to see ex-employees revisiting our Institute to appreciate their section, review its working and meet old colleagues. Sr. Michael who had retired as Nursing Incharge-OCHRI Operation Theatre Complex was instrumental in laying the foundation of various processes which has led to its recognition amongst surgeons as an excellent functioning OT Complex. She had since then shifted to USA and is now a US citizen. Recently after 5 years she paid a courtesy visit to OCHRI and met all of us.
