A novel program was recently organized by Somalwada wing of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh at Jaivik Hall, Orange City Hospital & Research Institute wherein south Indian community based at South west Nagpur welcomed Shri.A. Vinod, Kerala Prant Seva Pramukh of RSS who addressed the gathering and highlighted the selfless service of RSS workers and volunteers belonging to Seva Bharthi in Kerala state during flood times and even rebuilding Kerala after post flood.
The audience appreciated the immense efforts taken selflessly by RSS workers who have been in forefront to save stranded Keralites during flood and also are still involved in rebuilding the state including constructing more than 1000 homes for those who have been rendered homeless apart from running hundreds of counselling centers for traumatized Keralites. Hundreds of Bal sadans, Matru sadans and Vrudha sadans are also being managed by Seva Bharthi in Kerala. The program was organized under the supervision of Shri.Sanjayji Joglekar, Karyavah- Somalwada branch of RSS who was supported by Shri.Sane Guruji, Shri.T.G. Kawale and Shri.C.S.R. Murthy.
Shri.Udaybhaskar Nair, Chairman- NAIRSONS Group who hosted the event stated that he has personally observed the passion with which lacs of RSS volunteers are spread across Kerala to help needy Keralites even after flood and commended the national building efforts of RSS.Prominently present on the occasion was Dr. Anup Marar, OCHRI Director. Shri.Roy Thomas, OCHRI CGM(HR) worked hard for success of this event.
