OCHRI’s weeklong subsidized Cataract surgical camp from 7th to 12th Mar

Nagpur based Orange City Hospital & Research Institute; owned by Ravi Nair Hospitals Private Limited is always at the forefront of extending health care services to the local communities in and around its area as a part of its community  development initiatives.

In continuation to series of various free/subsidized camps as part of social community initiatives to commemorate its completion of 25 years of public service; OCHRI Ophthalmology Department will be conducting a subsidized weeklong consultancy camp for patient suffering from cataract disease. This is an initiative towards awareness and its advance  treatments modalities for cataract patients.

Renowned Eye Specialist Dr. Abhay Agashe, MBBS, MS (Ophthalmology) will provide his expert services during this weeklong camp for patients suffering from various types of Cataract disease. Patients having signs & symptoms of cataract like, Clouded, blurred or dim vision, increasing difficulty with night vision, Sensitivity to light and glare, need for brighter light for reading and other activities, Frequent changes in eyeglass or contact lens prescription may take advantage of this camp. Subsidized surgical package charges will be provided as a social initiative to patients requiring Cataract Surgery. It is added that patients suffering from cataract and in need of advanced suture less and phaco-emulsification facility reach OCHRI from all over Central India for the cost effective quality day surgical services. Subsidized Package @Rs. 10,000/- per eye has been announced during this camp.

The camp is scheduled from 7th to 12th March 2022 between 11am to 1pm in OCHRI OPD.
