He has completed MS (General Surgery) from GMC, Nagpur. After that he did super specialization DNB in Surgical Gastroenterology from Asian Institute of Gastroenterology, Hyderabad. Dr. Yogesh Bang is well versed with wide range of surgical Gastroenterology procedures. He is well trained in basic & advanced laparoscopy and GI surgical emergencies as well as routine & chronic GI problems. He has special interest in Hepato- Pancreatic- Biliary surgery and minimal invasive Colorectal surgery. He has also presented many papers in national and international conferences. He is available in OCHRI OPD from 9am to 3pm on all working days apart from all days 24×7 indoor backup. He can be consulted for all Gastro, Liver, Biliary, Pancreatic and Laparoscopic surgical needs.
His wife Dr. Vina Bang MBBS, MD(Medicine), PGDip in Geriatric Medicine, Fellowship in Clinical Endocrinology has also shifted base to OCHRI as Intensivist & Physician. She has done MBBS from MUHS, Nashik, MD (Medicine) from MGIMS, Sewagram, Post Graduate Diploma in Geriatric Medicine from IGNOU and Fellowship in Clinical Endocrinology. She has wide clinical exposure in diagnosis & management of diverse medical condition including emergencies and critical care. She has presented papers in many national conferences. Dr. Vina Bang will be available in OCHRI OPD as a Physician and Endocrinologist from 8am – 2pm and 4-5 PM on all working days with all days 24 x 7 indoor backup. She can be consulted for routine/ annual/ executive checkups, medical, diabetes and endocrinological needs.
